The final day you will pass though Leavenworth, the oldest settlement in Kansas. A visit to the Fort Leavenworth museum will give you nearly 200 years of military history of the area. After finishing the Border Raid you can join your fellow raiders at the Freestate Brewery for food and maybe toast a John Brown ale to your accomplishment. The showers at Free State high school will be available after the ride.
